International dollhouse shipping
Our dollhouse is a robust, large, wooden, and therefore heavy item. There are two ways to ship our dollhouses: regular and fast.
Regular mail is a reliable inexpensive way, but it takes a while:
・20€ ($22) to Europe, but 9–19 working days
・90€ ($99) to USA, but 19–29 working days (a steal for a journey halfway across the globe)
Fast courier, UPS, is really fast, but it costs:
・3–5 working days to Europe, but 230€ or $250
・5–7 working days to USA, but 390€ or $430 (fast enough to ship halfway across the world)

Local Shipping
Free local delivery is available for orders within Tivat.
We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Domestic Shipping
We offer shipping within Montenegro.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery time: 2 days
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: all Europe, USA, Australia and Japan.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery time depends on the destination country:
Austria, Albania, North Macedonia: 5–10 days
Belgium, Bułgaria, Czech Republic, France, Poland, Romania, Switzerland: 6–12 days
Denmark, Lithuania, Germany, Norway, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom: 7–14 days
United States, Japan, Australia, Island: 15–30 days
Italy, Slovakia: 5–14 days
Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia: 3–8 days
🇺🇦Ukraine, Finland, Luxembourg: 7–20 days
Please note that the Delivery Time does not include the order processing period, the day the order is shipped, weekends and holidays, customs clearance period and courier delivery time to the address in your city.
Additional taxes and charges
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Katin Domic is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
To check the status of your order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
