  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind or decide the product is not to your liking after purchase. We provide detailed descriptions and photos to help you make an informed decision before ordering.

  • Shipping Damage: We take great care in packaging, but if your dollhouse is damaged during transit, we are here to help. In most cases, we will send you the replacement parts free of charge to ensure your house is perfect.

  • How to Report an Issue: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you find any damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery at dad@katin-domik.shop.

  • Required Information: To process your request, please include:

    1. Your Order Number.

    2. Clear photos of the shipping box (if damaged).

    3. Clear photos of the specific damaged parts.
