Thank you for choosing Katin Domik Dollhouses. Every item is handcrafted with care in our workshop. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing & Handling Time

• In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.

• Backorder Items: As our dollhouses are handmade with an engineer’s precision, backorder items require more time for production. We guarantee that all backorder items will be manufactured and shipped within 89 days from the date of purchase.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

We use Regular Post for all international deliveries. Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier.

Please note: Shipping costs are applied per item/category at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). You can monitor the progress of your heirloom’s journey via the carrier’s website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Katin Domik Dollhouses is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

• Note for EU customers: Since we ship from Croatia (EU), no customs duties apply within the European Union.

• Note for Canada & Montenegro: Local import taxes may apply upon arrival.

5. Damages during Transit

We take great care in reinforced packaging to ensure your dollhouse arrives safely. If any parts are damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days at dad@katin-domik.shop with photos of the damage. We will send replacement parts free of charge to ensure your product is in perfect condition.
