Modern wooden dollhouses 1:12 scale with lights

Each Katin Domik dollhouse is handcrafted to order in our family workshop. We work with solid Balkan ash — the same wood used in quality furniture — and finish every surface by hand. The result is a toy that feels substantial, looks beautiful in any modern interior, and lasts for years.
Our wooden dollhouses come in two and three-storey versions, all in true 1:12 scale — the right size for Barbie Chelsea, Sylvanian Families, and LOL dolls up to 15 cm. Every model features a magnetic front wall so children can rearrange shelves, hang mirrors, and redecorate without glue or tape. Selected models include working LED lights in every room with individual switches, a fireplace with a red flame effect, and a full furniture set included.
All dollhouses are made to order and shipped flat-pack with an assembly video — straightforward, like building IKEA furniture, but made with real craft.
